Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and experienced lifeguards for our pool facility. Candidates should possess necessary skills in maintaining a safe swimming environment and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. Lifeguards must enforce safety protocols and create a welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Duties

• Focus on maintaining a safe swimming environment.

• Ensure all members and guests adhere to the swimming facility’s rules and regulations.

• Assist the manager with events at the pool area, such as parties, themed nights, or special promotions to enhance guest engagement.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.

• Conduct themselves in a professional and welcoming manner.

Experience

• Previous lifeguard experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.

Certifications

• Lifeguard Certification

• CPR/First Aid
