INCIDENT REPORTING
Bustleton Swim Club prides itself on being a positive family environment. As such, it is our hope and expectation that all members and staff will respect each other and the rules of the club. In the event of behavior otherwise, specifically a verbal or physical altercation, members or staff may need to file an incident report. In that case, the form should be obtained from the Board Vice President, and completed in its entirety. All details should be included, as well as witness names, statements, and contact information. All reported incidents will be reviewed by the Board of Directors, and both sides will be considered in determining the best solution.
