Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. This role requires effective management of staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. The Pool Manager will also be responsible for coordinating events and activities that enhance the pool experience.
Duties
Supervise and manage pool staff, including lifeguards and maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Assist with events at the pool area, such as parties, themed nights, or special promotions to enhance guest engagement.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
Train and mentor staff in customer service excellence, leadership skills, and operational procedures.
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and customer satisfaction.
